Nowadays, in the era of the information society, organizations are increasingly aware of the vital importance and value of the knowledge they possess, so knowledge management systems (KMS) represents a very important strategic area and key factor for success and development. The most suitable organizations that implement the 
knowledge management core concepts are universities. By taking into consideration the idea of mixing universities with knowledge management system, the main objective in our research is based on representing framework for a model structure of a university knowledge management system that covers three activities: research activities, teaching activities and university management activities. This talk is oriented on model framework for the structure of the university knowledge management system, and to give an overview for the design and implementation of prototype expert system for evaluating university teaching activities, as one of three university activities, tо enhance the university performance and decision making process. It will be presents the UKLOExS_TAs expert system that was developed as a university KM tool for evaluating teaching activity as well as details about the architecture of the system, ontology and the knowledge base.

Natasha Blazheska-Tabakovska is assistant professor at Faculty of information and communication technology in Bitola, "St.Kliment Ohridski" University-Bitola. Her 
primary research interests are knowledge management systems and their impact on organizational effectiveness. Natasha Blazheska-Tabakovska studied Computer science at Faculty of natural science, Department of Computer science, University “Sv.Kiril i Metodij”-Skopje, R.Macedonia. After receiving M.Sc, she studied and received PhD in Information system management at Faculty of Administration and Information Systems Management, University  “Sv.Kliment Ohridski” –Bitola, R.Macedonia. She teaches subject: System analyses and design, Business Information System, eLearning, Knowledge based System, Information Systems for Public Sector Management.
